About the Holiday
Get rid of all your could have should have and move on. Instead of dwelling on the things you could have done or should have done, which only brings about negativity, throw them out. Get rid of these mental strongholds. Stop dwelling in the past and move on! You can't change history but you can do something about the present. Perhaps you should write down all your could have should haves on paper and burn then. Or, write them on toilet paper and flush them. If you don't like what's going on in your life change it. Today is a good day for that.
There are several good quotes about regret. Below are just a few:
“Of all the words of mice and men, the saddest are, "It might have been.” ― Kurt Vonnegut
“Our biggest regrets are not for the things we have done but for the things we haven't done” ― Chad Michael Murray
