Spouse's Day is a day to appreciate your spouse, your better half. We don't always take the time to show our appreciation for what our spouses do for us so this day has been set aside to make sure that their support and love does not go unnoticed. This is not necessarily a gift giving holiday but more of a spend time together and reflect on how much they mean to you. However, gifts are always a good way to express your feelings so if you feel that would be the best way to show your appreciation go ahead. I'm sure your spouse won't mind.
