About the Holiday
We don't say this often, because we do like the creative, commemorative, and celebratory spirit of most holidays, though we really don't see the point of Yell "Fudge" at the Cobras in North America Day. We don't see how it connects to anything. Adding to our lack of enthusiasm is that this is a copyrighted holiday, where the claim of holiday ownership is one of our pet peeves. And furthermore, even the creators of this holiday, Wellcat Holidays, don't shed any light on the its origin or meaning.
Bottom line is this holiday appears to lack purpose and was created not to be shared freely, but to be owned. We feel that there are other, more meaningful, more open holidays that also fall on this date that make better observances, such as National Rocky Road Day, National Leave the Office Earlier Day, and National Bubba Day.
