Susan B. Anthony Day celebrates the woman's rights pioneer's birthday on this day in 1820. We commemorate her strong leadership and the hard work she did for the women's rights movement. She wrote the Susan B. Anthony Amendment in 1878. This later became the 19th Amendment which gave women the right to vote.
